design stuck on "document still uploading"

hi. i have a document that is stuck on the upload. i had to close my pc in a rush the other day, so i saved the document and quite f360, i assume that because the internet on the day was so bad it caused the file to get stuck.

ive tried clearing the cache, checking job status's but no luck, the job status tabs are all empty

@lancevv you may need to try a more aggressive clear cache - try following these steps:

1. Close Fusion
2. Locate your oxygen ID folder: Windows: C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\*alphanumeric code which is your oxygen ID*
3. If you want to make sure you retain the most recent version, make a copy of that folder and save it to your desktop
4. Delete that folder
5. Reopen Fusion
6. Try opening and saving the design again.

If the version that comes up has some lost work, we can then pull the most recent .f3d from your backup folder and save it in Fusion again.
