Design Stuck in expired Fusion360 instance. Any way to save it?

I started a design this afternoon and when I went to save it, I realized my subscription had expired.

 

I renewed my personal use subscription and this is shown in a new instance of Fusion 360.

 

However, the instance where my new file exists is still not updated and I still can't save the work. I believe that if I sign out and sign back in, I'll lose the few hours I spent.

 

Is there any way to tell the instance that thinks my subscription is expired to recheck my subscription status so I can save my work? Any ideas are welcome.

Hi, 

Thanks for using Fusion. 

 

Technically there is no way if you wanted to save the current work from expired entitlement.

 

Unless you register for personal from the same account. Do you see the lock icon on the file, that indicates the file is locked to save with the edit changes or new additions.
