Design files disappearing in Desktop and Mobile

My designs are disappearing. Some designs are visible in Desktop, but invisible in the mobile app. Others are visible in Mobile, but invisible in Desktop. I just tried one of the designs that I can see in Mobile, and I sent myself a link. I could open it in the Web app, and from there I could open and edit it in desktop,. but it is still not visible in my desktop project folders. This is an extremely difficult way to work!

Are you missing just the body and have the rest of the sketch?

The entire design is missing(I would call it as file, but Fusion
apparently stores everything in a cloud database rather than files). I
found some of the missing designs in the wrong mobile "folders," but
they can't be opened. The mobile app either says I don't have permission
or it just locks up the app completely. I think the problem is mostly
(completely?) in the app. I reinstalled the app which didn't help, but
"cleaning" all mobile data recovered a handful of designs. Many are
still in the wrong folders, or they don't show up at all.

I did try going into the desktop, opened one design, converted to
"editable," saved, and moved it into the "wrong" directory and back to
the "right" directory. Then it finally showed up in the mobile app and I
could open it. Unfortunately, this would take for-ev-er do do with every
affected design.
