Design files are gone while updating educational account. Are they not saved on the cloud?

When I needed to update my educational account, my design files dissapeared. Is there a way to recover them on the cloud account?

Have you logged in to the correct account, usually when this happens it's because someone logs in using the wrong email. If you go to your online hub and log in using the correct email are your files there?

Hello, same thing happened to me. I was able to see everything about 2 weeks ago but today that I logged in once again I'm no longer in the educational account, i'm in a free trial for 30 days and all my files are gone. does anyone know how to recover them? I just use fusion on my free time and these were personal projects
