Delete and re-invite a team member

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I sented an invitation for a new member to my team, but she can't open it. The link doesn't work.

Somehow, her name shows at my list member, but she hasn't accept the invitation and doesn't have access to the team, I can't re-send the invitation because it says she already is in the team and I can't delete her to invite her again.

I don't know if is any solution I can do, or maybe a system problem.

Thank's to anyone that can help me

Under the Project Members you do not see this option after selecting the icon indicated by the lower arrow?

In project members I do, but my problem is in Team members.

In my administration link her name shows like she already accepted the invitation, but she haven't, so She doesn't have access to the team and I can't re-invite her again because it shows that she's "already in the team"

Does the person in question show up as an Active Member?  If so, then it may be she had not joined the Team from the Fusion 360 Data Panel.  I included a sheet shot of this joining location.

She is Active, but according to her, the team name doesn't show in her Fusion 360 Data Panel, so she can't join.

It is possible that your user is not seeing a current list Teams.  Has she closed Fusion 360 and restarted to refresh everything?  I did a test and removed myself from a team by deactivating my user name.  I then reactivated myself in the team and the team did not show up until I used the Refresh icon.  This will also happen if a Fusion 360 restart happens.  This is my last guess, hope it works.

Edit: The refresh icon in at the tail end of the arrow in my last posted screen capture.

It has been 2 hours since our last exchange, I am hoping this means you have meet with success.  If so, please select the Accept Solution icon to the post that solved your issue.  This allows others to find an answer to similar questions. If you issue is not solved, please post that as well.

Hello John,

I haven't been able to solve it yet. It is possible that the problem is in the invitation link of the other user.
She would contact support hoping to find a solution.
If so I will share it here

Thank you very much for your answers and time
