Decryption error while installing

every time I install Fusion 360 the install gets to about 10% and then starts backtracking to 0% and then back up back and forth until the attached error appears.

I am using wifi and have no ethernet option at this time. I have restarted my computer and have had no success. I do notice that if I delete the installed files in my "Autodesk" folder that the install reaches about 15% before back tracking instead of 10% or less.

Any ideas how I can fix this and install Fusion 360?
