Hello all,
This evening when I logged into F360 my data panel was empty. There is a brief message at the top of the panel that states: "Requested web service is unavailable". The only options I have in the panel are the default ones.
Things I have tried:
- Restarting PC
- Logging out of F360 manually
- Checking to see if I inadvertently switched teams
- Renaming the BrowserCache.dat files to force panel reload
- Disconnecting from web and restarting F360 hoping for offline files
The worrying thing is that I have my off line cache set to 360 days specifically to make sure I can operate off line if needed. If I try and go offline I get an error dialog saying that insufficient data is available and I must go online. Am I doing something wrong that I cannot work offline due to a web service? That seems exactly the situation it is intended to deal with.
I'm stumped.
I did NOT uninstall and reinstall because of that "web services unavailable" message which makes me think it is not a problem since It is trying to work and is reporting back to me why it is not.
