Data panel - Missing Thumbnails?

Not a giant problem, but I do find the thumbnails are helpful.

Not sure why a couple have disappeared. Any way to get them back?

Thanks! -

Good day @jon46XEC,

I found that it sometimes helps to clear the cache.

Alternatively, try opening the files to ensure that they are uploaded correctly.

Thanks very much. Well, it seems to be a growing problem with no fix yet:

Hi, same problem for me.

The preview image is not shown either within Fusion360 or on the fusion website.
I have tried all the proposed solutions but nothing, the preview image does not appear.
There are no objects far from the center.

I have also tried exporting the model, deleting it, and re-importing it, but the problem persists.

See screenshot.

Until there is a fix, the only way I have been able to get the thumbnails back

is to start a new design, then select the file in the data panel and "insert into the current design".

Then break link drag everything out up to the top level and save.

Note: If you have manufacturing setups, copy those from the original file and paste into the new manufacturing tab.

You will have to reselect and reattach all the part geometry for the machining steps.
