Data Panel Graphic Glitch from Sleep?

Morning guys,

I am running into an issue when I open up my computer from sleep. Fusion's Data Panel is black like it's missing. 

The sequence seems to go like this: Close the lid of my computer -> unplug it from it's docking external thunderbolt display-> goes into my backpack overnight -> plug in the computer -> open lid -> Fusion pops up where I left it on my external display with a black Data Panel. 

If I restart Fusion, it's fine, but I usually have multiple files open.

Any ideas? 

My Computer is a 16" 2023 M3 Max Macbook Pro
