After one of the latest Fusion 360 updates, I now get an error message whenever I exit Fusion 360. I am still able to get my work done, and save work, and everything in Fusion 360 seems to be working fine. Here is text from the title bar of the error dialog followed by the exact text of the error message.

Hi @philip_3263 ,

Please follow below steps

  1. Make sure you have all Windows update
  2. Uninstall Fusion 360 with Automatic uninstall tool
  3. Turn off your firewall and Antivirus temporarily during installing.
  4. Install Fusion 360 again.

When I uninstall Fusion 360 the same error comes up as before and it appears that the uninstall function does not work for this. My Windows 10 is updated.

The same thing is happening to me now. I checked for updates and I had one, after the update I can't uninstall it because the same error comes up.

Even though this is a Fusion 360 issue, it reminds me of how important it is to have reliable systems in place just like Browns Heating ensures their HVAC systems run smoothly and efficiently. Keeping everything updated and maintained can prevent small problems from becoming bigger headaches.

Hi dsouzasujay, I have read the article and unfortunately, my CNC machine
is a Windows 11 that cannot be updated but I have the same problem with
Fusion 360 in my iMac. It is not unbearable, I just noticed the issue.
Thank you for lending a helping hand.

Hi @jfpatterson,

Could you please share your diagnostic log files?
How to collect the Diagnostic Log Files for Fusion

Also, please try How to do a manual clean uninstall of Autodesk Fusion and check if this works.
