cutting names into solids

Im just cutting a name into a solid and Im getting a bogus excuse why it wont do it. Ive cut dates into the same solid no problem. Ive cut names and dates into other solids in the same file no problem. Ive remade the file and got the same issue with the same name. Why wont this work? The sketch is directly on the solids surface and its a simple extrude!

Hello Sarahe-

I was able to get your text to engrave.  Thank you for sharing the file.

It looks like the issue was with the E in Hunter.  What I ended up doing was to "Explode Text" in the sketch.  This converts the text into individual profiles.

I then extrude/cut each profile (letter), adding one at a time until it failed.  It failed on the E.  So, I extruded all of the other letters, then I came back and extruded the E by itself, and that worked.
