Customize Title Block In fusion 360 student version

I am taking the course on Coursera offered by Autodesk. Where is the instructor told us about how to create new or customize title block in the drawing workspace. But, when, I create it in my version. The option is not available there. I want to know is that option is not available in the student version or whether there is some technical problem. Hopes to hear back from some kind soon. Thank you.

try this way:

Better:

1. create a new template

2. edit titleblock

3. save as "my new template"
