Custom background graphics in design space (NOT RENDERING)

One of the options that I miss from the other CAD software is more customability for the UI.
In F360 we can't change the toolbar color, only some predefined presets (InfinityPool, PhotoBooth etc).

However, navigating to C:\Users\xxxUSERNAMExxx\AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy\production\xxxStringOfNumbersPointingToFusionxxx\Neutron\Server\Scene\Resources\Environments allows to change change the groundplane (by changing the "Ground.png" of specific 'theme' )

Maybe someone with actual knowledge of JSON and XML files will figure out how to make it so it fills the whole screen regardless of view orientation, doesn't pan or zoom in etc.
