Cursor doesn’t line up

When I try and select an edge my cursor has to be away from the edge to select it rather than directly on it. My fusion updating yesterday and this is now

I think that this might be the same issue that has been reported a few times.  Here is one:  mouse-is-off-by-20-pixels.  I believe a fix is in the works, but might not be available yet.  I hear...
