Cura missing layers

I have created this side (pictured) for a railway model, using Fusion 360 and Cura 4.3.0

When I load the drawing file (.stl) into Cura the top elements such as the strapping, hinge etc are missing from the slicer view. This is shown in the second image. Any suggestions as to why this is happening. I am happy to post either the .f3d, or the .stl file or the gCode to the group if it helps.

Are the missing features thickness less than one layer height?

No, the missing items are a minimum of 0.25mm high.  The layer height is
0.12mm.  The perplexing thing is that some of the missing layers were OK
in a previous print.  It is only when some corrections and additions
were made that the problem arose.

Can you attach an f3d file so we can look at and maybe come up with a solution?

You have 10 separate bodies in your model, combine them all together and it should print for you.

Dear WMHazzard.

Many thanks for helping me.  I think I can work out how to combine different bodies.  For future reference, how did you know that these bodies were separate?  Obviously the information is available but where should I look in future?

Regards.

In the browser, click the arrow at bodies and it shows all bodies. To combine go to the modify tab and select combine.
