Cross-Team Reference Prevents Saving

Hello,

I am an educator at a high school.  Currently, some students every day are unable to save their work as Fusion tells them they have a cross-team reference of an external part.  They are not part of any other existing teams other than their own and they are on the education license through my teacher account.

When I investigate their account, their data panel shows none of their folders or projects but files do show up in the "Recent Data" folder.  

I have seemed to band-aid fix the issue by clearing the data cache.  I do see that a Cross-Team reference issue has been fixed on the manufacturing side but no mention of the design side.

I am in this exact same situation.

I've started to have students press the home button in the data panel to make sure their project shows up. If only the Admin project and the Default project show, I have them log out of Fusion and then log back in. 

I never had this issue last school year, but now it is happening daily.

Any help or suggestions would be also be appreciated.

I had this same issue.
