Cross section in the simulation mode

Hello,
I'm trying to display a cross section of my conception in the Simulation mode in order to apply pressure on inner surfaces. Is there a way to do so?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

I can't because it's a protected file but to picture it it's like if you needed to apply a pressure in a closed bottle : without a cross-section I can't select the inner surface.
