Creating a concave/curvature in multiple planes

I am struggling with determining how to finish out a component geared to lay flush with a helmet that has a different radius in each axis. In other words, the convex is not spherical/symmetrical. Here is the correct curve in this particular axis:

However, I also need the object to be concaved at this degree along this axis as well, in a way that is is maintained evenly throughout the current curve.

I am honestly not even sure of the correct terms of this endeavor. So I apologize if any lingo is incorrect. I attempted using a Torus and Pipe (cut) but was unable to match up the curvature I need pictured by the line to the left of the third picture. Thanks in advance.

Sweep seems to be a method.
