Create Rib

I'm trying to create a simple Rib, which should not be an issue. When I select the open sketch I get the following error. "The offset wire is degenerate". Anyone know what this means??

I created a Screencast to show the creation of a Rib, which is attached.  What you need to do is attach your model so the Forum users can troubleshoot it and try and explain your question.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model, follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.
