Create Drawing UI broken after last update (10148)

When I create a new drawing, the paper size and title block are no longer coordinated for any of the paper sizes.  It appears to give me a portrait-oriented paper and a landscaped-oriented title block.  Also, it appears to not be able to export to PDF any longer.  I suspect the two behaviors are connected.  On some of the paper sizes and orientations, the title block is completely off the paper.

Hello @alexrose4088 

We are sorry to know that you are facing this issue. We would like to recommend following steps

1. Clean uninstall and delete folders as mentioned in this post
2. Make sure that the graphics drivers are updated

Please let me know if the issue persists.
