Create a Cylinder from bottom of Cone

Hi

I created a Cone that has 0.5° per side.

At the bottom I would like this to have a cylindrical feature that is approximately 20mm in height.

This feature would be for work holding, like in a three jaw chuck. The cylinder needs to be below the cone.

An f3d file is attached, I'm not sure what format is required for others to see the entire project.

Any assistance is appreciated.
