Crashing

When I open fusion 360 it loads up and then goes into not responding mode. I have now uninstalled fusion 360 using the automatic uninstall tool and that uninstalled fusion 360. Now when I try to download fusion 360 it pops up and says this cant be completed. I have opened a help ticket as well but struggling to get this back working. Thanks
