Crashing on startup

Fusion crashing when trying to load since last update.  I can do a clean install and works once, then crashes.  Sent in many reports.  All say the same lack of resources... All resources seem to be ok. Any ideas

Same here. Ran new update fine for 2 days. Than it didn't seem to agree with one specific file. Crashed my entire pc. Fusion still opens fine on my desktop. If I try it on my laptop is crashes at startup.

Extremely frustrating.

Can you please collect the Diagnostics files manually and send it to us? See this article for how to do that: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-t...

I was able to do a clean install and get the logs. Fusion will load once after install and then crashes when I try to open again.  I thought there could be an issue with the invidia driver. Downloaded latest version still no good. Thanks for the help

Did you clean cache data while you had it running! I think that was key for me. Mine is still running fine.

i've done all the things you said, exept cleaning cache in fusion. When I wnat to launch fusion the only thing that works now is to restart the internet box. enough space on my hard drive, virus scan with 3 direfent antivirus, even on bootlaoder, multiple reinstall with clen desisntal, everything possible has been done. I will clear teh cache and tell you if it works as soon as I can restart the box, i'm not the only one in the hoiuse needing ineternet 🙂

So they way I got mine to work consistently is to uninstall fusion. Than use the fusion360 clean uninstall tool. The download is somewhere here on the forums. Or you can manually do a clean install. After getting Fusion to start once I would than clear the cache. That seems to have fixed it for me.

Hi @tasteofminds,
Hmm, are you sure you've sent me the logs from the correct machine. Because from your last log (dated Apr 03, time: 18:06:21), it appears you've successfully started Fusion, and had actually finished opening a file (named str***). Are you now having problems after the file has opened?

As u told on my last post. I can run fusion when I restart my Internet box but after a while iit crash and I can't restart fusion unless i do restart the box. I deleted the cache and saved the diagnostic that I sent you. I seems to be working after cache clearing. I'll tell you if it is OK.

I am having the same issue. after uninstalling and doing a clean install I can manage to get it to startup once. Then no matter if I clear cache or not it will start to load and never finish. Then I will have to close it down with task manager.
