Crashes On Startup

Fusion 360 always crashes on opening / startup.  It worked one time and I made a part; other than that it always crashes.  I updated my NVIDIA GeForce TRX 3070 GPU, but it still crashes.  Any suggestions?

@mrabushka @Do you get a crash report to send to Autodesk? If you do can you post one of the report ID of the report?

Did you try a repair install or Fusion 360? Go I to add/remove programs - Fusion - modify and this will launch the service utility. If you run a repair does that help?

No crash report and repairing the installation did not help.  I attached a screenshot of what happens every time I try to run Fusion 360.

@mrabushka Thanks for the screen grab. Couple more things.

1. Can you confirm if you have multiple monitors? If you do can you disconnect the other monitors and then launch Fusion to see what happens? Also, any 3D mouse to your machine? If so disconnect them as well.

2. This could also be a network where Fusion is not able to connect. Would it be possible to connect your machine to a different network to test? (like your mobile hotspot for example)

3. If none of the above help, go to the Fusion service utility and run the Gather system info. This will generate two zip files. Attach th diagnostics zip file here please.

@RajkumarIlanchelian Thank you for your suggestions.  Your # 1 solution above worked!  I'm running 3 screens, i.e. 1 for the laptop and 2 more for the 2 extended monitors connected to the laptop via a KVM switch box.  When I start Fusion 360 on the laptop screen it runs fine.  If I start it on one of the extended monitors it crashes.

Is there  a way to fix this issue or s/ I just always start Fusion 360 on the laptop screen?

@mrabushka Coupe of things to try out. Do you run Fusion in full screen mode? If you don't can you run it in full screen mode and see if that helps? This appears to be an issue when you could have some aspect of Fusion to think that it needs to be on a different screen and that could cause the problem.
