Crash whem making a drawing

My problem is simple, when i try to make a drawing of anything the program just freeze and the only thing i can do is to close it. Im on educational license.
When i make a drawing the only thing I can see is this:

I try to update NVIDIA drivers nad reistalling the prgramm but stilll no success

I leave this here maybe it help to diagnose the problem

Same issue here, which I seem to have fixed by installing the "Autodesk Desktop Connector". No idea why, how or even whether this is a true fix or just random, but worth a try while you're kicking your heels
