Please attach the model exhibiting this issue as I cannot replicate the condition in one of my models. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

Sorry for my delay, had a little emergency I had to leave for. I explain the reason for the Countersink failure and give you a solution in the attached Screencast. By the way, I should have use the Hole depth as "To" and selected the bottom of the last plate. Model is attached.
