Counterbore/Countersink with thread offset issue.

Hello!

I just wanted to report an issue when using both counterbore/countersink and the "Offset thread" options in the "Hole" command. 

As the command currently works, if you try and specify a "thread start offset" it works fine, but when you click from "Simple" to "Counterbore" in Hole Type, the counterbore depth dimension overrides the thread offset dimension, nullifying the functionality of thread offset.

Easy enough to work around with a second operation, but I thought all ya dev's would like to know!

As far as I can tell this is still happening. Please fix this

This still happens for me. Can not get the threads to start AFTER the offset value, it makes threads TO that value (on the opposite side).
