Couldnt reinstall fusion

After i closed fusion because it took to long for me to "finish a mesh" i tried to restart it but an error occured.when i then tried to delete it the uninstaller just closed itself and when i start the installer it stops at 99% and says that it doesnt what the problem is

I would try this.  Find the Webdeply folder and remove it.  This is a hidden folder in Windows so if you do not see it, search the web to find out how to show hidden folders.   Please note, your Windows user name will be substituted for mine indicated by the red arrow.  After this, make sure you right click on the Fusion installer and select Run as Administrator from the right click menu.

i tried it but it still didnt work and send the same error.i didnt get what you meant with the username getting substituted though.

I have exactly the same issue. I'm not able to re-install Fusion. Log file is the same.
