Couldn't locate the 2-axis cutting option in the Preview feature list

I faced some troubles locating the 2-axis cutting option in the Preview Feature List. I would gladly appreciate any help for that.

There is no 2D Cutting in the Preferences. The 2D Cutting option is in the Manufacture workspace, under the Fabrication tab:
