Corrupt appdata prevents clean install

Hello! As I tried to open fusion today after a fresh restart I was getting crashes on the splash screen which i sent some of the reports for. I tried multiple times throughout the day with no success. I decided to uninstall and use the cleaner app to remove fusion completely. I then tried to reinstall and have not been able to because of some corrupt app data files. I linked the Log file here for review. I tried to manually delete the Autodesk appdata folder but the corrupt files are staying no matter what I do. even the cleaner app doesn't get rid of the folders

Welp, I didn't think this would work, but it did... Renaming the autodesk folder inside of the appdata directory was the solution for now. weird that it can be renamed but not deleted...
