Copying and moving sketch lines removing a dot

Hey guys i can't  remove a point  and i can't copy and move  my sketch lines, what am  i doing wrong?

that point is the center point of the circle.  The lines do not converge at the center of the circle

The entity you are pointing to is actually two points on top of each other.  One is a Point and the other is the center of a construction circle.  Once you remove the sketch constraints on them, you can separate them and remove the Point but you cannot remove the circle center point unless you remove the construction circle.
