Copy and Paste in Sketch won't work

Line transformations aren't working in sketches.  Copy and pasting a new line will place a new line, but without transformations.  Not sure what is happening.

No file, pic, or Screencast.  Doesn’t help to make a title and then tell us it does work, and then move doesn’t work.

At the time of pasting you get the move triad, you can drag the handles or enter a value in the Dialogue Box.
