Converting design and animation to drawing issue

Hi, I am unable to convert my designs and animations into a drawing. Nothing shows up on the drawing sheet when I select 'drawing from design' or 'drawing from animation'. The issue persists regardless of the design or animation I attempt to use to convert into a drawing.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Please, can you try clearing your cache, to see if this resolves the issue?

I'm also wondering if this problem is specific to that drawing template. Can you create drawings using a “From Scratch” template?

Hi, Ive tried both methods and both didnt work unfortunately.

Looking at your screenshot, the document tabs look a bit strange (white boxes).

Hi. I am having similar issues wile am entering to drawing from animation environment. the model cant show up and as you can see in the pic the components appear invisible  by it self and i can not change it.
