Convert Mesh

Hi Guy's,

 I'm using the free personal use 2.0.9930 (only have an old computer, so can't update).

 I can't see the ‘Convert Mesh’ in the Mesh/Modify dropdown, I'm guessing this is something not in my version.

 What's going to be my best option to make an stl file into a solid so I can rework it?
