Hi,

1. wait until the EDU version expires
2. after that a trial period starts (30 days) automatically
3. only when the message "Expires Subscription ... appears follow the steps in the picture series

hello sorry if I bother you again I did all the procedure just now since my license has expired in these days,unfortunately it didn't work.i logged out of the application, googled anonymously to the site and logged in, clicked on the download version and did not install it I reopened the program I logged in and it still told me it was due and there were 28 days left.how can I do??
