Construction>Plane at Angle gets created at negative from input preview

I try to create a construction plane at angle. The angle I want is tangent to the draft of the cut. I measure it to be 90-76 degrees (14 degrees).

I enter 14-degrees into the input and the preview looks correct. I press OK and the plane is created at minus 14-degrees. i.e. the negative adjacent angle.

I would be curious what value you would see for the plane angle if you went back and edited the workplane.  All rotations in CAD applications are positive in the counter-clockwise rotation.  This is just what yours did, not in the preview but in the execution.  If you care to export your model, or give out a link to it, I would like to test this out.

I can't make that happen, here, I am using Windows 10, though.

Here is a Screencast reproducing the Construct>Plane at Angle problem starting from scratch.

The prior translation of the body seems to play a role.

  1. New Design.
  2. Create Box: 10 x 100 x 20.
  3. Move (tilt) box: 15 degrees up from edge.
  4. Move face of box: 15 degrees from edge.
  5. Construct>Plane at Angle: 105 degrees(90+15) from edge. (Note preview shows it correctly)

Result: plane gets created at 75 degrees (90-15) from edge.

Screencast will be displayed here after you click Post.

I can't get the Screencast insert to work. So here's the Screencast URL.

Screencast of simplified procedure to reproduce problem

Here's the URL to the design file of this simplified version.

Using your data the preview is in error, not the result, in my testing.  Something going on,

@jeff_strater should try this one.
