constraining an eclipse

Hello Any clues why i cannot constrain this eclipse?  Sorry if it is a basic question.

It is constrained. I just won't turn white because the code responsible for detecting whether something is fully constrained is not 1005 robust yet.

thank you - out of interest how did you know it was constrained is there another indicator?

If you want to make the sketch indicate fully constrained, delete the 2 tangent constraints.

Drag the ellipse away from the intersection then add a single coincident constraint between the 2 points below. The tangents should also have solved as fully constrained but I guess the chain of constraints is more difficult to solve.

If I cannot drag the non-constrained object and change is size, location, or orientation then it is fully constrained.
