Consolidating Two Accounts Without Data Loss

Anonymous
Not applicable

Cancelled my email account with a telco and tried to change to my generic email in Fusion. Apparently I already have an account under my generic email address so it wouldn't let me change it to that address. Anyhow, most of my work, I'm sure, is under that old telco email account. How do I consolidate all my work with the generic account ? In other words, I'd like to merge my accounts under one email without loss of data.TIA.

Thanks for using Fusion. Yes, this is definitely possible for you.

Few questions and suggestions:

1. where are your old data and new data on? Single user storage or Team? - Suggest you have the new one on Team, rather Single user storage.

2. Invite the new email to the Old hub as Team administrator, and then start transferring your data to the new team in these ways.

Case1 : if your old data is on Single user storage:

Check this article

Case 2 : if your old team is a team hub:

Check this article. (#4th point would be the one to focus).
