COnfusion surrounding Fusion 360 for personal use.

Yesterday I found that Fusion 360 was available for free on Autodesk's website. I was happy as I could finally have a CAD tool that I am familiar with and can use easily. However, going under my account, it shows my personal license expires in 4 years.

Does this mean after 4 years I'll have to start paying for 360? Or would I have to go through the process of submitting information to access Fusion 360?

I am confused about the 4 years.
Normally the personal license must be renewed annually, but this is not problematic.
