Upgrade Rquired

you are using A team hub which will be migrated to the new

format. Please upgrade to the latest version to prevent errors from occurrin.

What does this mean?  Why is it so difficult to find out what it means?  Why is it so difficult to create a support ticket without getting sent through the circular "contact support" ferris wheel?

@Andy.Spivey - I also have a similar issue.  Attached is the message I see.

Thanks both for reaching out and providing the screen cap - got some clarity around this dialog I can share.

The message is indicating that the version of Fusion 360 that is installed on the machines is from July 2022 or earlier and should be updated to a newer version to prevent errors during some workflows.  (An example workflow would be running Generative Design).

The process to update Fusion 360 is outlined here.

On my end, I'll see if we can get this dialog updated to clearly indicate that Fusion 360 should be updated - maybe "Please upgrade Fusion 360 to the latest version to prevent errors from occurring." or something similar.

Thanks!

@Andy.Spivey Thanks!  Reinstalling worked!

And yes, having the dialog reworded would help others.

Mahalo!
