Concentric constraint breaks in Fusion 360 sketch

In a sketch, create a circle and mark it as concentric with another circle that is already fixed in space. The other circle moves, and the original circle does not become concentric with the marked circle. Current Fusion 360 version as of 2017-06-30 (2.0.3174)

 

This has happened in many sketches recently, here is the sketch shown in the screencast:

Hi @Anonymous,

 

It seems to work OK for me, at least in a simple case.  In the screencast below, I have two circles, I fix one of them, then apply a concentric constraint between the two.  It doesn't matter which circle I pick the fixed circle does not move.

 

 

I looked at your design.  There are lots of circles here, and all of them look fully constrained.  Can you post a screencast of what you are trying to do, and what you think is the bad behavior?  Which circles are you trying to make concentric in this sketch?
