Compute failed when attempting to mirror

I'm getting this error when trying to mirror a component. What does it mean?

See attached. I couldn't find an f3d option so it's f3z format.

I think I figured out the issue. The "join" option was checked in the mirror command. I think the error was because after the mirror, there was an intentional space between the two parts (i.e.could not join). I changed it to "new body" and the error went away.
