Components inserted from McMaster Carr no longer are added to active assembly

In the newest fusion update, parts inserted from McMaster carr no longer end up being added to the active sub-assembly. Parts instead have to be added after the fact, which often does not work without annoying workarounds.

 

For example, see the photo below. "Overhead gantry..." was active when the McMaster part shown was inserted using the usual method of: INSERT --> Insert McMaster Carr Component --> download as .STEP file.
