Component rendering on top of each other

I was designing a housing for a PCB imported from EAGLE but half way through the various components started rendering incorrectly. It is almost as if all components are being rendered on the same plane on top of each other, without keeping track of what is in front of what. (See pictures below.)
I've tried the following:
- Changing the opacity of the components
- Toggling active component opacity
- Checking GPU drivers
- Changing DirectX 10 to DirectX 11
- Restarting Fusion 360
- Restarting PC
Components tree:

- - Pillar 1
- - Pillar 2 (Mirror)
- - Pillar 3 (Mirror)
- - Pillar 4 (Mirror)
- Other stuff
All other projects are fine, this is the only one having such issues so it must be something local.
