Component locations after modifying

I have designed a simple box which I intend to cut with a laser.

I have designed it, or had hoped to design it, to modify the width, length, height and material thickness so I could quickly/easily alter the dimensions for different applications.  The box utilizes box joints, which modify themselves based on the length/height/width of the box.

After designing the individual components, I then flatten them out using the move function (Point to point), then create a DXF file to export.

My issue is that after I modify the dimensions of the box, my parts shift to (seemingly) random positions.  My thought is that I point-to-point the parts based on sections of the box joint which might alter, or disappear when the parameters get changed.  Unfortunately, I don't know how to accomplish my goal.

My background in Fusion is self taught for hobbyist purposes.  I know enough to be dangerous. 😊😥

Any help would be appreciated.
