component color cycling partly turned on

Hi,

I appear to have the color cycling turned on all of the time in the browser and timeline with just the components themselves changing as I toggle it on or off.

I know how this happened, I was typing an email while fusion was starting up, it stole the focus and what I was typing was processed as fusion keystrokes.

I have tried a clean uninstall and reinstall to no avail.

The two pictures show the two states cycle 1 with the toggle off and cycle 2 with it on.

Hope someone can help me
