COMPLAINTS ABOUT FUSION 360

First of all, why isn't there a place explicit for complaints? Even to say that something is wrong I'm having a hard time.

Fusion 360 is a nice app BUT for some unknown reason every time I open my computer it starts to show me more than 5 tabs, every 2 minutes, about a supposed "BUG REPORT" that didn't happen. Just because, supposedly, the app was closed out of nowhere. And it wasn't so I don't understand why it keeps popping up??? It keeps interrupting my work cause when the tab pops up it stops my computer. It's frustrating, it doesn't make sense.

This is a good place to state your complaints.

But you will have to provide actionable information if you want to resolve.

Can you post screen shots of what you see? (Shift Win S and Ctrl v on Windows, I think there is something similar on Mac.)

Better yet - An Autodesk Screencast recording of the behavior you observe.

I can tell you - I am not observing behavior anything like what you describe in words.

It sounds like you are hitting this problem.

A little more detailed steps:

  1. When this problem occurs, launch activity monitor
  2. Find AdSSO-v2
  3. Double click on it
  4. It will open another UI that shows it's path
  5. Click and go to the path
  6. Delete AdSSO-v2
  7. Go to trash can and delete it there as well
  8. If you have other Autodesk products that you never use remove that as well
