Common project when changing licenses

If I have a Education Fusion 360 license and I have a shared project with another user with a personal license.  If he switches to a commercial license, will the shared project continue?

Good question! Fusion 360 files are related to your Autodesk account. They are not related to the license type you're using. So, changing the license type doesn't affect your files at all. The difference in different license type is in gaining access to the functionality of the software not the files. Files and projects are stored in cloud drive and related with your Autodesk Account.
