Comments on drawing flipped between iOS and Desktop - bug?

My colleague annotated a drawing on iPad to highlight an issue during review, and when viewed in the desktop app, the text and lines are flipped vertically so that the text appears upside-down and the lines don't point to what they should. If I view on my iOS devices, the comments appear as they should.

It looks like the origin point for comment overlays is different between the iOS and macOS versions.
