Cloud usage not showing up on Cloud Services Usage page

Hi,

I have run quite a few Fusion 360 simulations that have used credits. When I go to the Cloud Services Usage web page for the same user account, I see the cloud credit bar showing the reduction in cloud credits. Below this in the Usage by Service section, it says "No cloud credits used on any service." How do see my history of cloud usage for all the cloud credits I have used for the Fusion 360 service?

as far as I can see, you can only see your cloud credits usage in general, not by product. I will look into this more to see if there's somewhere else we can find it!

the contract manager (the one that purchased fusion) should be able to see the cloud services usage broken down in manage.autodesk.com, under the Reporting section, on the cloud services usage tab.

Thank you for the reply. I can now see Usage by Service listing “Simulation for Fusion 360” under the Shared Cloud Credits section, but the 100 credits used under the Individual Usage just reports “No cloud credits used on any service” even though they were all used by Simulation for Fusion 360.

It would be nice to see a history listing every job that consumed cloud credits with who, what and when listed. I have had simulation runs fail that indicated the cloud credits would be credited, but I have no way that I know of to check that.

it is currently not possible to indicate the project details where the cloud credits were used for any autodesk service.
